(December 17, 2018, 12:00 am)Positive: Our host was very helpful leading up to our stay and responded in good time to the many questions we asked. The descriptions were precise. The location was perfect as it was near to Sandhurst., Negative: The general cleanliness of the apartment would get 5 stars but there were small things like the cupboards had a hint of dust and oven had a few crumbs but our host said he would look into it. It is an hour away from London so we used Uber alot.

(September 3, 2018, 12:00 am)Positive: Area was good but a bit noisy in the morning...it's on a main road. Room was ok , nice decor, very modern and fully equipped with microwave, washer/dryer,fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, nice comfy beds and a power shower., Negative: Luxury? I think not, the foyer and stair carpet could do with a shampoo, it was full of stains. Room 5 was very dusty.

(August 10, 2018, 12:00 am)Positive: Availability of washing machine only., Negative: Actions noted down by previous guest were not followed up. Wall clock is not working. Slatts on double bed were not placed so mattered was kept collapsed. Sheet was too small so was not fitted. Very dirty and dusty bedrooms and kitchen.
